Shipping Area
Currently, ironpanelite.com only offers shipping within the United States. We do not currently support international shipping or ship orders outside the United States. All orders are shipped from our US warehouse to a valid shipping address within the United States.
Order Processing
Once your order is submitted and payment is completed, it will enter the review and processing process. We will confirm the order information, inventory status, and payment details to ensure your order can be shipped smoothly.
Under Normal Circumstances:
Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
Orders received on weekends and US public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
In case of increased order volume, system maintenance, or force majeure, processing time may be extended appropriately, but we will complete the shipment as soon as possible.
Shipping Instructions
After the order is processed, we will arrange for shipment from our warehouse as soon as possible. After successful shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing logistics information so you can track your package’s shipping status at any time.
Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in batches depending on stock availability, but this will not affect your order’s normal delivery.
Delivery Time
After your order is shipped, it is expected to arrive at your US delivery address within 3–7 business days.
Delivery time is only an estimate under normal circumstances. Actual delivery time may be affected by weather conditions, holiday logistics pressure, delivery arrangements in remote areas, carrier operations, or other force majeure factors, and therefore may result in slight delays.
Recipient Information
To ensure your order is delivered smoothly, please carefully verify the recipient’s name, contact number, and complete delivery address when submitting your order.
If delivery fails, the package is returned, or delayed due to incorrect address, incomplete information, no one to sign for the package, or other reasons attributable to the recipient, we will assist in rescheduling the delivery. However, any additional costs and delays incurred may be borne by the customer.
Order Status Tracking
After your order is shipped, you can track your package’s latest shipping status using the tracking information in the logistics notification. If the logistics information does not update for an extended period, please wait patiently for the logistics system to synchronize. If you have not received your goods after the estimated delivery time, please contact us promptly. We will assist you in verifying your order status with the logistics carrier.
Package Receipt
Please check the packaging for damage and confirm the quantity and condition of the goods as soon as possible after receiving your package. If you find obvious damage to the outer packaging or any abnormalities in the goods caused during transportation, please contact us immediately after receiving the package and provide relevant photos and order information. We will assist you in handling the matter appropriately.
Delivery Delays
While we always strive to complete deliveries on schedule, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience regarding delivery delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, traffic control, public events, logistics company operational adjustments, or other force majeure events.
